AMG1011 – Anger Management (1 Day)

Description

AMG1011 – Anger Management (1 Day)

Overview

Anger Management is an introductory programme designed to provide participants with a clear and practical understanding of anger—how it arises, how it affects behaviour, and how it can be managed effectively.

This programme explores the neuroscience behind anger, including the physiological and psychological processes involved in anger responses. Participants will learn how different brain systems influence emotional reactions and how common cognitive distortions—such as perfectionism and all-or-nothing thinking—can intensify anger.

Through guided discussions, experiential activities, and practical exercises, participants will be introduced to real-time anger management tools, including mindfulness-based impulse control and pattern interruption techniques, enabling them to respond more calmly and constructively in challenging situations.

This program can be tailored to your specific business needs.

A little bit of personalization goes a long way. Ask us for a no-obligation Training Needs Analysis (TNA) so we can tailor this, or any other CSG program to meet your learning outcomes.
